Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for market development and client relationship management in the DACH region. Driving sales strategies and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop the start-up’s sales markets (including architects, acoustic solutions, furniture industry) and actively contribute to shaping market entry.
  • Manage, expand and deepen business relationships with customers, partners and key accounts in the D/A/CH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
  • Identify new markets, customer segments and strategic partners and proactively generate new business.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue, margin and customer satisfaction targets on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and concepts in close collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Deliver product presentations, conduct contract negotiations and close deals within defined pricing and discount structures.
  • Systematically analyze customer requirements, competitors, market trends and pricing developments and provide structured reporting to support strategic decisions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Degree in business or a technical/engineering field, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Initial experience in a start-up or growth-oriented environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong team player with high resilience and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
  • Confident presence, independent and solution-oriented working style, and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 1–2 trips per month to Kriebstein).
