Job Description
In Vitro Diagnostics Sales Area Manager responsible for customer relationships in Southern Italy for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Focused on sales growth in laboratory instruments and healthcare innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Create new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones
- Analyze market trends and expand commercial opportunities
- Define and achieve sales targets, monitoring KPIs and results
- Manage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned geographic area
- Conduct regular visits to customers and KOLs to strengthen business relations
- Coordinate, support, and train the sales network
- Manage complex negotiations
- Prepare periodic reports on performance, forecasts, and activities carried out
Requirements:
- Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or CTF
- Five years of experience in sales of IVD laboratory instruments or in a similar field
- Clear understanding of complex tenders in both the public and private sectors
- Fluent Italian and excellent English
- Strong PC skills and experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce.com
- Willingness to travel to visit public and private hospitals and laboratories
