Job Description
Sales Manager for online leasing returns responsible for client interactions and follow-up offers at DELLO GRUPPE. Collaborating with both online and branch sales teams in Braunschweig serving customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- You actively manage our lease returns from online sales
- You initiate telephone and digital contact with customers whose leases are ending
- You assess customer needs and create tailored follow-up offers
- You use specific offer models designed for online sales
- You consistently track open offers and follow-up reminders
- You organize and document all customer interactions in the system
- You advise customers with a strong focus on closing the sale
- You transfer suitable customers to branches when more intensive support or a different offer model is appropriate
- You work closely with online and branch sales as well as central departments
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, ideally in telephone or digital sales, is an advantage
- We also welcome motivated career changers
- High self-motivation and excellent self-organization
- Enjoyment of fast, clear, and results-oriented sales processes
- Confident handling of price-conscious customers who actively compare offers
- Consistent and disciplined approach to daily new customer contacts
- Good communication skills on the phone and via email, and very good written and spoken German
- Digital affinity and confident use of CRM and sales systems
- A good sense for when a customer is best served through online sales and when a handover to a branch is more appropriate
