Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for inbound and outbound sales for an innovative dental SaaS platform. Engaging with dental practices to drive sales through established leads and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • 70% Inbound Sales: You guide pre-qualified leads through our sales funnel in a structured manner.
  • 30% Outbound Sales: You proactively approach potential customers — by phone, at events, or directly on-site.
  • Real consultative support, not show: You understand what matters in practice and present convincing solutions — without empty promises.

Requirements:

  • You are passionate about sales and already have experience in the field — or you are a motivated career changer (for example from a role as a dental assistant (ZFA) or dental administrative specialist (ZMV)) looking to bring your practice expertise into sales.
  • You know how to build trust — with sensitivity, clear communication, and the right approach for our target group (dentists).
  • Ideally, you are familiar with everyday practice operations firsthand.
  • You are eager to win — with team spirit rather than elbows.
  • Initial sales experience in a B2B/SaaS environment is a must — alternatively, substantial hands-on experience as a ZFA/ZMV with a clear motivation to move into sales; dental know-how is a plus in any case.
  • You are self-driven, independent, creative, solution-oriented, and proactively contribute to outbound activities.
