Job Description
Sales Manager role for acquiring new lighting projects and managing retail partners in Sweden. Requires strong design-oriented communication skills and established networks in the architecture community.
Responsibilities:
- Generating orders by acquiring new lighting projects and managing national retail partners.
- Representing Occhio and our designer lighting products to project owners, architects, retail partners and clients.
- Expanding regional brand presence through trade fairs, events and workshops.
- Proactively engaging and managing relationships with architects, planners, key accounts and partners.
- Handling project inquiries from product selection through planning and implementation.
- Acting as the interface between projects and retail partners.
- Tracking progress by updating the CRM, reviewing activity reports and managing customer follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience with an international designer products company.
- Established network in the architecture and design community in Sweden.
- Proven experience in contract closing, negotiation and project management.
- Strong communication, PR and interpersonal skills with multicultural awareness.
- Ability to create and deliver professional presentations.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly.
- Passion for design, premium brands and exceptional customer experiences.
