Job Description
Sales Operations Manager at BM Digital, optimizing sales tools and ensuring smooth sales operations. Managing appointments and supporting the sales team in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and confirm sales appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
- Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks to enable smooth lead flow and conversions.
- Monitor and update sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, PMs) to ensure alignment on leads and client data.
- Assist in developing and refining sales processes and workflows.
- Provide operational support to the sales team - lead tracking, documentation, CRM hygiene.
- Help with onboarding new sales team members on tools and processes.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Sales experience — at least 2 years in sales support, operations, or related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus: past experience working with HubSpot, Aloware, Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets.
