Job Description

Sales Manager focusing on customer acquisition in a dynamic environment for Future Machine Labs. Collaborating with teams to develop solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to drive company growth through customer acquisition for Future Machine Labs
  • Using your acquired expertise, you will work closely with your team to deliver agile, solution-oriented rollout strategies for customers, coordinate and optimize internal interfaces, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • You will take responsibility for acquiring new locations
  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers, present our product on-site, provide comprehensive advice, and ensure their requirements are met
  • You organize and attend trade shows and events
  • You work closely with your sales team to achieve project goals, develop sales strategies, and monitor progress
  • You analyze existing sales processes, identify weaknesses, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree, preferably in business, management, or a related field
  • You have already gained initial experience in a dynamic environment, whether in sales, a startup, consulting, or a similar setting
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, proven team leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and a strong customer focus
  • You bring several years of experience in sales and have knowledge of sales strategies and sales processes
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality and are not afraid to get actively involved
  • You enjoy traveling and are flexible regarding your work location
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and German, spoken and written
