Job Description

Sales & Marketing Specialist supporting Sales, Client Success and Marketing operations for a firm improving finance functions for clients across Canada and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to Solution Advisors and Client Service Managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Manage sales and marketing calendars, assets, and documentation to ensure organization, accessibility, and version control.
  • Administer and optimize CRM systems, including data integrity, workflow management, reporting, and campaign list development.
  • Plan and execute conferences and events, including research, logistics, travel coordination, booth execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Conduct market, territory, and competitive research to inform sales strategies, outreach, and campaign development.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support projects, events, and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality while contributing to efficient team operations and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ degree in business administration or related discipline; postgraduate or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Project Management.
  • 5-7 years of administrative and executive support experience, preferably supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, or Operations.
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting executive-level roles.
  • Experience with territory research or business development support is strongly preferred.
  • A proven ability to learn and master technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) required/preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is an asset.
  • The capacity to solve complex challenges, within a defined framework and timeline.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • The ability to effectively use the entire MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and high standards for quality and creativity.
  • Solid time management skills, sensitivity to confidential matters.
