Job Description

Sales Representative selling Trackman’s 3D golf tracking technology across Ireland. Growing regional sales, demonstrating products, and supporting golf facilities and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales in the region
  • Develop business and sales opportunities for Trackman Pro, Trackman Range, and Trackman Indoor golf markets
  • Demonstrate products to golf courses, teaching professionals, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, entrepreneurs, and other golf clients
  • Prepare proposals, manage pipelines, and close deals
  • Build the operator community through events and workshops
  • Train and educate new customers and provide first-level technical support
  • Assist customers with planning and executing successful indoor golf centre launches
  • Represent customer feedback in meetings with senior leaders and product owners
  • Collaborate with the Booking & Payments team on player scheduling and pay-and-play functionality
  • Test products and provide feedback to software and hardware development teams
  • Develop and continuously improve territory sales strategies
  • Drive sales and ensure new and existing Trackman owners successfully use and leverage the products
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director, Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, customers, headquarters personnel, and global product owners

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English language
  • Professional golfer or single-figure elite amateur golfer preferable
  • Home/Office in Ireland; Southern Ireland preferable
  • Previous experience in sales or support, ideally in golf or a sports-related business
  • Relevant qualification in sports, technology, business or marketing
  • Driver's License and access to own vehicle
  • Hands-on, self-driven, opportunity-seeking, respected and responsible person
  • Strong growth ambitions and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse problems and provide well thought-through solutions
  • Willingness to work out of hours on weekends and evenings when necessary
  • In-region travel required 70%-75% of the time, specifically on-site
  • Occasional European travel
  • Self-employed contractor status
