Job Description
Sales representative engaging potential clients for a healthcare solution startup. Identifying target customers and conducting initial conversations to build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- You identify suitable target customers (medical practices, MVZ — medical care centers, hospitals) and proactively introduce them to our solution — via email, LinkedIn or phone.
- You conduct initial conversations with prospective customers and generate genuine interest in our product.
- You analyze market feedback and help continuously improve our outreach.
- You work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Product teams — actively contributing your ideas.
- You support building scalable sales processes and enjoy thinking beyond the obvious.
- You contribute directly to revenue growth and to our market presence.
Requirements:
- Doer mentality: You take initiative, think proactively and want to shape things — not just manage them.
- Sales instinct & customer focus: You have a good sense for conversation management, quickly identify real needs and move customers forward with smart questions — without hard-selling.
- Structured, data-driven working: CRM, KPIs, conversion rates — these are not buzzwords to you but tools to improve yourself and your team.
- Willingness to learn & growth mindset: You want to grow with us professionally, personally and entrepreneurially. You are open to feedback, test new approaches and celebrate learnings as well as successes.
- Language & style: You communicate clearly, empathetically and on equal terms — both verbally and in writing. As we currently operate primarily in the German market, a strong command of German is required.
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or the SaaS environment is a strong plus.
