Job Description

Sales Setter at Argumentorik-Akademie identifying and qualifying leads for the sales team. Engaging with executives and entrepreneurs, coordinating consultation appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects, prepare conversations and set appointments for the sales team
  • First contact with pre-qualified leads (inbound & warm) by phone
  • Qualify prospects using clear criteria (need, budget, decision status)
  • Schedule and coordinate consultation appointments for the closing team
  • Maintain and document leads in the CRM
  • Close collaboration with Marketing & Sales to optimize lead quality
  • Ensure a high show-up rate and clean handover to Sales

Requirements:

  • Initial experience in sales, customer advisory or telephone contact is an advantage
  • Clear, friendly and reliable communication
  • Structured working style and high reliability
  • Willingness to learn and interest in personal development
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Confident use of digital tools (CRM, calendar, messenger)
