Job Description
Sales Setter at Argumentorik-Akademie identifying and qualifying leads for the sales team. Engaging with executives and entrepreneurs, coordinating consultation appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospects, prepare conversations and set appointments for the sales team
- First contact with pre-qualified leads (inbound & warm) by phone
- Qualify prospects using clear criteria (need, budget, decision status)
- Schedule and coordinate consultation appointments for the closing team
- Maintain and document leads in the CRM
- Close collaboration with Marketing & Sales to optimize lead quality
- Ensure a high show-up rate and clean handover to Sales
Requirements:
- Initial experience in sales, customer advisory or telephone contact is an advantage
- Clear, friendly and reliable communication
- Structured working style and high reliability
- Willingness to learn and interest in personal development
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM, calendar, messenger)
