Job Description
Sales & Solutions Specialist managing inbound interest and supporting enterprise users for Raycast. Shaping early go-to-market motion with a focus on technical users and buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify inbound from technical users and organisations
- Navigate security, compliance, and procurement processes
- Identify and map usage patterns in large accounts
- Build early GTM foundations
- Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support technical evaluations and product workshops
Requirements:
- You have experience in PLG or developer tools environments
- You possess strong technical curiosity
- You excel at discovery and thoughtful communication
- You're a builder, not a playbook executor
- You're collaborative and low ego
- You're an excellent writer and communicator
- You're proactive and organised
- Nice to have: Background in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or hybrid product roles
- Nice to have: Experience supporting security and procurement cycles
- Nice to have: Experience documenting or shaping early GTM motions at a startup
- Nice to have: You're already a Raycast user (or will quickly become one)
