Job Description
Sales Team Lead at ProviPanda GmbH leading the sales team. Responsible for driving team performance and developing sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead our sales team and lead by example as a top performer
- In the first months you will be actively involved in setting and closing deals, take on accounts, deliver results and set benchmarks for the team
- You will manage the team, evolve roles and establish a clear performance culture
- You will lay the groundwork to take on a Head of Sales role in the medium term and take the sales organization to the next level.
Requirements:
- Outstanding closing rates / proven track record – B2B services / SaaS segment
- Leadership experience: you have built, managed or significantly improved the performance of teams of 5+ employees
- Processes & systems: CRM, funnel, KPIs, automations and lead management are familiar to you and you can drive improvements
- Drive & ownership: you want to shape things, take responsibility and deliver results
- Ambition: you want to help build something big and are prepared to give 110% in every respect.
