Job Description
Sales Team Leader for renewable energy client operating in France. Leading sales team and optimizing HubSpot pipeline in a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Grow sales in the French market
- Monitor commercial performance (KPIs, targets, closings)
- Provide coaching and closing support
- Structure and optimize the sales pipeline in HubSpot
Requirements:
- Fluent/native French required
- Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales
- Experience in sales management
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot required (pipeline management, reporting, team monitoring)
