Job Description

Sales Team Leader for renewable energy client operating in France. Leading sales team and optimizing HubSpot pipeline in a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Grow sales in the French market
  • Monitor commercial performance (KPIs, targets, closings)
  • Provide coaching and closing support
  • Structure and optimize the sales pipeline in HubSpot

Requirements:

  • Fluent/native French required
  • Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales
  • Experience in sales management
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot required (pipeline management, reporting, team monitoring)
