Job Description

Salesforce Administrator managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and MuleSoft integrations for Fenix24. Responsible for data integrity and collaboration across teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced - Configure and optimize CPQ workflows, product catalogs, pricing rules, and billing processes to support accurate quoting and faster deal cycles.
  • Build & Maintain Integrations with MuleSoft - Design and implement MuleSoft APIs to connect Salesforce with systems like ServiceNow, NetSuite, Docusign, Vendor systems, and other critical platforms. Ensuring data flows securely and reliably.
  • Administer & Develop Salesforce - Customize objects, fields, flows, Lightning components, installed packages, and maintenance; write Apex when needed; and maintain a clean, scalable org.
  • Drive Data Integrity & Governance - Implement best practices for data quality, release management, and compliance across all environments.
  • Work Autonomously as the Sole Expert - You will be the primary authority for Salesforce and MuleSoft within Fenix24; responsible for strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization without daily oversight. This role requires self-direction, proactive problem-solving, and ownership of all technical decisions in your domain.
  • Collaborate Across Teams - Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Support to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience as SFDC Admin/Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Mulesoft Certified Developer - Level 1
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator – a plus
  • Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) – a plus
