Job Description

Salesforce Administrator responsible for client training and ongoing support. Ensuring effective use of Salesforce to meet client needs across business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather client’s business requirements and transform these into technical requirements for Salesforce design
  • Leverage Salesforce best practices to minimize the need for custom development
  • Write technical documentation for clients outlining standard operating procedures
  • Accurately execute training modules with EBQ customers
  • Audit Salesforce and provide detailed plan to optimize configuration
  • Identify and communicate project risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Effectively migrate and implement Salesforce for new organizations
  • Work with EBQ’s customers to understand their unique business needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirements
  • Develop relationships with clients and confidently demonstrate business process expertise when advising client executives and stakeholders
  • Create and manage custom field and objects, flows, record types, data validation, page layouts, and third-party integrations
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based on client needs
  • Manipulate data and import into Salesforce using various ETL tools
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements to EBQ’s clients
  • Effectively manage task within EBQ’s project management system
  • Retain and accurately apply the training and direction received from management
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor
  • Adhere to company policies and values
  • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience as an end-user or 6 months of experience as a Salesforce admin
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
