Job Description

Salesforce Administrator managing and optimizing Salesforce within a healthcare compliance platform. Responsibilities include data management, automation, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
  • Own CPQ setup: products, bundles, pricing, discount rules, approvals, and quote templates
  • Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and scalable automation
  • Optimize Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, and Case workflows
  • Configure Service Cloud case management, routing, and escalations
  • Build reports and dashboards for sales, revenue, and support metrics
  • Maintain data quality, security, and system performance
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Support, and Leadership teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
  • Solid expertise in Salesforce Flow, reporting, and security model
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
  • Familiarity with RevOps or subscription-based business models
