Job Description
Salesforce Administrator managing and optimizing Salesforce within a healthcare compliance platform. Responsibilities include data management, automation, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
- Own CPQ setup: products, bundles, pricing, discount rules, approvals, and quote templates
- Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and scalable automation
- Optimize Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Quote, and Case workflows
- Configure Service Cloud case management, routing, and escalations
- Build reports and dashboards for sales, revenue, and support metrics
- Maintain data quality, security, and system performance
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Support, and Leadership teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Flow, reporting, and security model
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data architecture
- Familiarity with RevOps or subscription-based business models
