Job Description
Senior Salesforce Administrator at Weave delivering core Salesforce platform configuration and maintenance for optimal business applications. Leading user support and overseeing project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, managing and resolving platform issues.
- Manage the end-to-end sandbox strategy and deployments to ensure smooth and controlled releases of new features and updates.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce CPQ application.
- Oversee data quality and migration efforts, performing regular data audits.
- Take full ownership of deliverables for small to medium-sized projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in Salesforce Administration.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting large-scale enterprise environments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules). Strong proficiency in data management, security settings, and implementing governance standards.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred. Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a strong plus.
