Job Description
Salesforce Administrator configuring and supporting Restaurant365’s Salesforce platform across various departments. Collaborating with end users and resolving issues while driving productivity and data quality.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, secure, and support Restaurant365’s Salesforce platform to drive user productivity and data quality across multiple departments.
- Own day-to-day administration, user management, platform security, and platform maintenance with skills in Salesforce CPQ support.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues aligning work to team priorities.
- Handle incoming support requests: manage tickets, root-cause analysis, communication, and quick wins.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of Salesforce administration experience with strong hands-on configuration across Sales Cloud (Service/Experience Cloud exposure a plus); bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to engage in clear, effective written communication with customers and collaborate thoughtfully with internal stakeholders.
- Solid platform skills: user/access management, sharing/security model, Flow automation, validation rules, approval processes
- CPQ familiarity: experience supporting Salesforce CPQ or similar (e.g., product/rule maintenance, quote template tweaks, approvals), with desire to deepen expertise.
- Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, data quality KPIs, and basic data governance practices.
- DevOps hygiene: Sandbox usage, change control, and release readiness; Git/Copado exposure is a plus.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator strongly preferred; Advanced Administrator and/or CPQ Specialist a plus.
