Job Description

Salesforce Administrator managing PAEA’s Salesforce platform. Driving system optimization, user adoption, and data integrity in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, manage, and drive optimization of PAEA’s entire SFDC platform
  • Establish, implement, and follow best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
  • Create, maintain, and support custom objects, workflows, process builders, approvals, and assignment rules
  • Work with leadership to design, document, build, test, and deploy enhancements to Salesforce
  • Design, implement, and maintain a governance structure for data security
  • Support annual SOC audit and security compliance measures
  • Mentor, train, and instruct SFDC users in CRM best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including custom apps and objects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Demonstrated communication skills, a positive attitude, team player, and ability to achieve set targets
  • Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
