Job Description
Salesforce expert developing end-to-end CRM solutions for the automotive sector. Leading solution design and technical architecture in a collaborative delivery team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to solution design and technical architecture for Salesforce implementations
- Serve as a technical reference for the project team, supporting developers and consultants
- Design and implement solutions based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Automotive Cloud
- Configure and customize the platform using declarative tools and, when necessary, Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Define integration approaches with external systems (ERP, DMS, financial systems, marketing platforms, or dealer networks)
- Support requirements gathering, solution workshops, and technical validation with the client
- Ensure application of best practices in architecture, security, performance, and data modeling
- Contribute to effort estimates, technical documentation, and delivery planning
- Support testing, deployment, and go-live phases, ensuring solution quality and stability
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on the Salesforce platform
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform)
- Hands-on experience with Automotive Cloud, including data model, processes, and typical use cases
- Experience in solution design roles and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and integration patterns
- Practical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and standard configuration
- Experience in consulting environments and implementation projects
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
