Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer at Vistage developing solutions across Salesforce ecosystem for digital transformation. Collaborating with teams to integrate systems and enhance platform capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into Salesforce development and build powerful, scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Be a key contributor across the full development lifecycle—from solution design to deployment and ongoing support.
- Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and custom objects.
- Build and integrate systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and MuleSoft.
- Support and troubleshoot integrated applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and integration strategies.
- Participate in design sessions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with SDLC best practices.
- Stay on top of Salesforce innovations and bring forward-thinking ideas to enhance our platform.
- Occasionally contribute to development efforts outside of Salesforce when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and best practices.
- Experience with system integrations and enterprise application environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
