Job Description
Salesforce CRM Developer responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions across multiple regions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing integrations for efficient system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable technical designs
- Developing and maintaining integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems through secure APIs and middleware
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
- Conducting unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex application issues
- Participating in code reviews and enforcing development standards
- Contributing to Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and RESTful web services
- Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented programming and relational database design principles
- Expertise in Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience in code optimization, refactoring, and adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices
- Proven track record in developing custom Lightning Components, including Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC) with at least 2+ years of direct experience in LWC development
- Practical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Salesforce Certifications preferred: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or equivalent credentials.
