Job Description
SAP BASIS and AWS engineer supporting Accenture Federal Services’ S/4HANA federal cloud infrastructure. Maintaining system health, transports, monitoring, and incident response for government missions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide foundational technical support for the S/4HANA landscape and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Monitor systems and perform basic administration tasks and incident response
- Maintain system health and execute standard transports
- Support senior team members with system copies and patching activities in a federal cloud environment
- Facilitate workshops defining requirements for sales contracts, order processing, and federal pricing models
- Configure SAP Sales and Distribution, Condition Technique, Logistics Execution, and related integrations
- Ensure billing interfaces with Universal Journal and Revenue Accounting and Reporting for compliance
- Coordinate revenue and accounts receivable updates to Funds Management
- Partner with developers on output forms, EDI interfaces, and federal reporting enhancements
- Lead migration of customer master data, open sales orders, and historical billing documents
- Write and execute Order-to-Cash test plans
- Deploy SAP Fiori apps for sales-order visibility
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in SAP BASIS administration or general IT systems administration (Linux/Windows)
- Understanding of cloud concepts, including IaaS
- Exposure to the AWS Management Console
- Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver architecture
- Functional knowledge of Linux command-line basics
- HANA database management and S/4HANA operations (nice to have)
- Understanding of data privacy and Least Privilege access in a federal environment (nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (nice to have)
- US Citizen with no dual citizenship
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
