Job Description
SAP HCM consultant overseeing APAC HR platforms for AUMOVIO, an automotive mobility technology company. Optimizing HR systems, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR IT regional platforms and foundations, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and Fiori
- Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow
- Act as a technology expert in end-to-end HR business processes and configuration
- Define global guidelines for HXM and UI developments and operations
- Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility
- Drive innovations and improve existing technologies
- Create innovative business solutions using ABAP and object-oriented programming, reports, and FI interfaces
- Design and develop reliable, sustainable, best-practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Provide expert end-to-end business process consulting to internal customers and regional HR departments
- Liaise with HR Operations and the IT community to understand needs, develop IT concepts and blueprints, implement system solutions, and evaluate success
- Work cooperatively with the Global HR team to maximize resource utilization and system-solution effectiveness
- Contribute to developing and implementing new strategies and technologies
- Optimize the HR-IT technical landscape, platforms, and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap
- Coordinate HR IT providers and monitor performance
Requirements:
- Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or a related Computer Science field
- 5–10 years of IT or industry working experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP project experience
- Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, and Architecture Management
- SAP ABAP programming for HCM, especially interface techniques
- Passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows
- Project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
- Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
- High customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Intercultural sensitivity, preferably working experience in an international team
- Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
- English language spoken
- Open to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad
