Job Description
SAP SuccessFactors RBP Consultant managing role-based permissions and security implementation. Leading complex incident management and compliance initiatives in a remote working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an SAP SuccessFactors RBP / Security specialist;
- Manage complex incidents, defects and change requests;
- Configure and implement improvements related to permissions and security;
- Work on the design and optimization of the permissions framework;
- Manage access governance based on roles, users and groups;
- Support Proxy Access governance;
- Perform troubleshooting of SAP CPI integrations;
- Work on performance analysis and data consistency;
- Support compliance, audit and data privacy initiatives;
- Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases;
- Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on security and access topics;
- Lead meetings, workshops and technical discussions with clients;
- Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance and regulatory requirements;
- Support governance and standardization of access controls;
- Other routine tasks within the area.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors RBP / Security;
- Experience providing L3 support and implementing enhancements;
- Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors permissions framework;
- Experience configuring permissions by roles, users and groups;
- Knowledge of Proxy Access Governance;
- Experience with compliance, audit and data privacy;
- Knowledge of GDPR and regulatory requirements;
- Experience with SAP CPI and integration troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem and Change Management);
- Experience managing critical incidents and complex changes;
- Strong analytical skills, communication and documentation abilities;
- Ability to provide technical and functional leadership;
- SAP certification required;
- University degree required.
