Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors RBP Consultant managing role-based permissions and security implementation. Leading complex incident management and compliance initiatives in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an SAP SuccessFactors RBP / Security specialist;
  • Manage complex incidents, defects and change requests;
  • Configure and implement improvements related to permissions and security;
  • Work on the design and optimization of the permissions framework;
  • Manage access governance based on roles, users and groups;
  • Support Proxy Access governance;
  • Perform troubleshooting of SAP CPI integrations;
  • Work on performance analysis and data consistency;
  • Support compliance, audit and data privacy initiatives;
  • Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases;
  • Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on security and access topics;
  • Lead meetings, workshops and technical discussions with clients;
  • Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance and regulatory requirements;
  • Support governance and standardization of access controls;
  • Other routine tasks within the area.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors RBP / Security;
  • Experience providing L3 support and implementing enhancements;
  • Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors permissions framework;
  • Experience configuring permissions by roles, users and groups;
  • Knowledge of Proxy Access Governance;
  • Experience with compliance, audit and data privacy;
  • Knowledge of GDPR and regulatory requirements;
  • Experience with SAP CPI and integration troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem and Change Management);
  • Experience managing critical incidents and complex changes;
  • Strong analytical skills, communication and documentation abilities;
  • Ability to provide technical and functional leadership;
  • SAP certification required;
  • University degree required.
