Job Description
Senior Project Manager for SAP at Mollica IT, leading tax reform initiatives and managing technical teams. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP projects, coordinating technical and functional teams;
- Monitor and control project KPIs;
- Prepare and lead status report meetings with stakeholders;
- Manage deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
- Create, monitor and control detailed activity schedules;
- Support the SAP Tax Reform project, assisting with tax-related enhancements and adjustments;
- Ensure integration between SAP environments and legacy systems;
- Lead projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Participate in global projects, interacting with LATAM teams and other regions;
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP project management;
- Experience in Enhancements, Upgrade and Rollout projects in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA;
- Experience with SAP integrations and legacy systems;
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Experience in global projects and programs, particularly with LATAM and other regions;
- Ability to lead technical and functional teams;
- Experience managing schedules, deliverables and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Preferred: Experience in projects related to Tax Reform;
- Experience in multicultural, global corporate environments;
- Strong communication skills for conducting executive meetings and status presentations.
