Job Description

Consultant specializing in Onboarding 2.0 at SAP SuccessFactors for large clients. Completing implementations and enhancing HR cloud module processes in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Work 100% remotely on challenging projects with large clients in a collaborative environment.
  • Map new-hire onboarding processes and translate them into requirements for Onboarding 2.0.
  • Configure, parameterize, and test the module in SuccessFactors.
  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders and HR.
  • Work on implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Produce functional and training documentation.
  • Assist the support team with incident resolution.
  • Contribute to best practices and solution standardization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant with a focus on Onboarding 2.0.
  • Experience in implementation or enhancement projects for HR cloud modules.
  • Knowledge of hiring processes, pre-onboarding, and new-employee integration.
  • Ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders and IT.
  • Conversational English for technical reading and interaction with SAP documentation/portals.
  • Availability to work under CLT employment regime (Brazil), remote model.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification.
  • Experience with other modules (Recruiting, Employee Central, etc.).
  • Previous experience in consulting firms or multicultural projects.
  • Advanced English for conversations with global teams.
