Job Description

Solution Consultant with Supply Chain Management experience for healthcare industry, serving as trusted advisor to executives and delivering tailored product demonstrations. Collaborating with other teams to drive revenue and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives at healthcare organizations.
  • Act as trusted advisors throughout the entire lifecycle—from Net New pursuits to high-value Customer Base upsells.
  • Deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and your peer Solution Consultants to support fast-moving and efficient opportunities.
  • Participate in various projects, initiatives, and cross-functional teams to achieve team goals of driving increased revenue for Workday and sustainable business outcomes for customers by leveraging Workday technology.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of extensive Health Care Supply Chain domain expertise
  • 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based Supply Chain management applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.)
  • 3+ years in a solution consultant, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role
  • 2+ years working with core Supply Chain concepts with advanced domain knowledge in strategic sourcing, procurement, and inventory.
  • 5+ years of extensive Health Care Supply Chain domain expertise (for Senior Consultant)
  • 5+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based Supply Chain management applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) (for Senior Consultant)
  • 5+ years in a solution consultant, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role (for Senior Consultant)
  • 3+ years working with core Supply Chain concepts with advanced domain knowledge in strategic sourcing, procurement, and inventory (for Senior Consultant)
  • Executive Presence: Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes through presentations (both in-person and remote).
  • Value-Based Selling: Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation and the business impact.
  • Agility: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-paced environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with high-velocity and magnitude of change. Leans into change as a growth opportunity and embraces a continuous improvement mindset.
