Job Description
Senior Compensation Consultant working remotely on SAP SuccessFactors strategic projects. Mapping compensation processes, conducting workshops, and ensuring quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation consulting with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Participate in implementation projects, rollouts and continuous improvements.
- Map compensation processes and propose business-aligned solutions.
- Lead workshops, trainings and discovery sessions with HR and business stakeholders.
- Perform testing, validations and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Produce functional and technical documentation to support solutions.
- Serve as the technical point of reference for Compensation and SuccessFactors for the team and clients.
Requirements:
- Senior experience in Compensation projects (fixed pay, variable pay, incentives, meritocracy).
- Proven experience with the Compensation module in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in consulting or implementation/rollout projects for SuccessFactors.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Advanced Spanish for working with international clients and teams.
- Availability for CLT employment contract and 100% remote work.
- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (especially Compensation).
- Experience with other HR modules (PMGM, EC - Employee Central, Variable Pay, etc.).
- Prior experience in multicountry projects across Latin America.
- Background in People Analytics or strategic compensation.
