Job Description
SCRM compliance expert securing federal technology supply chains for Accenture Federal Services. Developing policies, assessments, controls, and audit evidence across 500+ projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update AFS enterprise SCRM policy, standards, and procedures
- Develop and execute compliance approaches and periodic assessments for 500+ projects
- Establish shared responsibility models for enterprise Tier 1 and project Tier 3 SCRM plans, controls, and inheritance
- Support AFS project SCRM compliance
- Support internal and external audits related to SCRM controls
- Respond to SCRM RFIs and questionnaires in solicitations and contract awards
- Respond to SCRM contract clause modifications
- Trace requirements to multiple impacting regulations and standards
- Ensure AFS compliance with SCRM requirements in solicitations, contracts, and regulations
- Develop checklists of auditable evidence needed to demonstrate compliance
- Support 3PAO audits and new SCRM requirements, including NIST SP 800-172 and EO 14028
- Identify and manage enterprise supply chain risks across multiple domains
- Execute SCRM strategy, charter, roadmap, planning, and implementation across the enterprise and project/program level
- Support stakeholders in self-assessing and documenting compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with detailed analysis of requirements in NIST SP 800-161
- Ability to write policies, plans and standards
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (bonus)
- Top Secret Security Clearance (bonus)
- U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship
