Job Description

Aftermarket Territory Sales Account Representative responsible for automotive aftermarket sales in Mexico. Driving sales growth and executing account strategies while managing relationships and ensuring service levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new opportunities to grow the business
  • Independently develop and execute account plans
  • Drive order entry performance and manage accounts receivable
  • Perform regular field visits to strengthen relationships
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure service levels

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales in Mexico
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aftermarket ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience in B2B, B2C, and retail sales environments
  • Ability to execute commercial strategies
  • Experience in field sales and territory management roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
  • English Level: Basic-Intermediate
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time
