Job Description
Senior AI Engineer at DaCodes building autonomous AI agents for a SaaS platform. Focused on automating business decisions using Python and AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work on diverse projects across multiple industries.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructures.
- Participate in the development of **autonomous AI agents** for a large-scale SaaS platform managing rental operations, inventory, and financial workflows.
- Design **production-grade agents** that automate business decisions such as revenue forecasting and asset utilization.
- Collaborate within an **AI-first development environment** utilizing tools like **Anthropic Claude and OpenAI**.
- Act as an **architect who validates AI-generated code** and ensures production reliability within a fast-moving engineering team.
Requirements:
- Design, build, and deploy **autonomous AI agents in Python for production systems**
- Translate business problems into **reliable AI-driven decision systems**
- Integrate **machine learning models (scikit-learn)** into backend workflows
- Build structured agent workflows interacting with **internal APIs and distributed systems**
- Work within an **AI-assisted development workflow using Claude and OpenAI**
- Validate and refine **AI-generated code to ensure reliability and maintainability**
- **Strong Python skills with real experience shipping systems to production**
- **Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or autonomous decision systems**, not just experimental prototypes
- Experience integrating **ML models into backend systems**
- Knowledge of classical ML concepts
- Comfort working with **scikit-learn models integrated into production systems** is expected.
- **Advanced English (C1 or higher)** required
- Must be comfortable **working directly with U.S. clients in meetings and technical discussions**
- Experience working with **distributed teams**
