Job Description
Senior IA Architect facilitating adoption of AI platform and mentoring product teams at Ambev Global Tech. Defining multi-agent architectures and ensuring governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Define and validate multi-agent system architectures, ensuring code standards, resilience and low coupling;
- Act as a technical mentor for product teams, accelerating the learning curve and adoption of platform capabilities;
- Ensure the adoption of governance and observability standards;
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Solution Architecture or AI Engineering, with recent focus on LLMs and agent ecosystems;
- Proficiency with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or Agents SDK;
- Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases and indexing strategies;
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and Chain-of-Thought / ReAct techniques for agent reasoning;
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Foundry, Google Vertex AI, CrewAI Enterprise) with emphasis on language model services;
- Proficiency in Python and software development best practices (REST APIs, SSE, Microservices, CI/CD);
- Familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize Phoenix, Weights & Biases);
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other quantitative field;
- Consultative communication skills to act as an enabler between technical and business teams;
- Advanced English (required for interaction with global teams).
