Job Description
Senior Application Analyst supporting and enhancing the Workday Finance system for healthcare organization. Collaborating with various business teams to maintain system functionality and improve processes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Workday Finance modules and system configuration.
- Partner with business teams to understand needs and recommend solutions.
- Implement solutions through successful design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
- Develop and maintain reports for business users.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial system data.
- Manage support tickets ensuring thorough, timely work, and compliance with documentation procedures in ticket tracking system.
- Support system integrations and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Occasional extended hours during system upgrades, releases, or critical project milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise systems.
- Experience with Workday Finance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial processes and accounting concepts.
- Workday certification or ability to obtain within 6 months (preferred).
- Experience with system implementations or upgrades (preferred).
- Experience in healthcare or complex organizations (preferred).
