Job Description

Director level role in Technology Practice for C-level technology officer searches in executive recruiting. Leading search strategies and engagement with senior technology leaders in a values-driven firm.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end involvement in search delivery and execution
  • Front-of-client exposure and a voice in shaping search strategy
  • Direct engagement with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, and senior technology leaders across industries
  • Close partnership with Senior Partners and Managing Directors on high-profile search engagements
  • Merit-driven path to expanding search ownership and client responsibilities based on impact, not tenure
  • Fully remote model with a nationally distributed team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in retained executive search or senior-level executive recruiting
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent executive searches
  • Demonstrated ownership of research strategy and market mapping (90%+ accuracy expected)
  • Experience conducting executive-level interviews (VP, SVP, C-suite)
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • High standards for quality and accountability
  • Technology executive search experience within enterprise environments is strongly preferred, but those with an interest in technology executive search will be considered.
