Job Description
Senior Automation QA Engineer testing backend CCaaS solutions for Miratech, a global IT services company. Improving Python automation, troubleshooting defects, and validating scalable features.
Responsibilities:
- Test the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution
- Support and improve existing test automation
- Identify and troubleshoot defects
- Validate new features
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality
- Collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python
- Experience with JavaScript is nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
- Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Basic log analysis
- Practical experience with databases such as MySQL or similar
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java is desirable
- Basic understanding of security protocols such as OWASP and PCI Compliance is desirable
- Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus
