Senior Business Analyst facilitating Agile processes in LATAM, bridging business and engineering teams for product innovation in a remote setting.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating product needs into clear requirements.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help teams maintain efficient development processes.
Support product decision-making by gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and defining solutions.
Ensure the successful delivery of features and improvements in collaboration with product managers and development teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, and business objectives.
Help maintain alignment between product strategy, technical implementation, and delivery timelines.
Promote Agile best practices and continuously improve team workflows.

Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in product or technology-driven environments.
Strong experience working in Agile teams and facilitating Scrum processes.
Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Product-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to product discussions and decisions.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
Experience working with mobile applications and mobile development teams
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Based in LATAM and comfortable collaborating with distributed teams.
