Job Description
Client Services Analyst delivering support to FraudCapture® clients through user training and customer engagement. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support to FraudCapture® clients
- Conduct user training sessions and develop help documentation
- Promote strong customer engagement
- Act as first point of contact for issues and escalations
- Perform initial troubleshooting for reported issues
- Maintain routine communication with clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience detecting and investigating healthcare fraud
- 2+ years providing excellent customer service
- Excellent understanding of how investigative teams use systems to do their work
- Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to tailor explanations to different technical levels
- Ability to create training materials (e.g., written documents, videos, presentations)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously
