Job Description
Communications Specialist Senior responsible for writing and developing strategic employee communications at Geisinger. Collaborating with teams to enhance employee awareness and engagement in organizational priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the entire Marketing team in the development and implementation of innovative and strategic employee communications designed to support Geisinger’s strategic plan
- Performs analyses and prepares reports for use in the planning process
- Writes, edits, and distributes content designed to increase awareness and understanding among employees and providers on a variety of organizational priorities and initiatives
- Engages and educates department colleagues to ensure that all activities make the best use of colleagues’ talents, tools and expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree- (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years-Related work experience (Required)
