Job Description
Senior Consultant at Artemis Connection specializing in workforce compliance and employment law. Engaging in a project with a focus on legal guidance for a technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design the compliance architecture underpinning guidance produced through engagement
- Build a structured methodology for evaluating worker classification
- Develop compliance guidance for transactions with pre-existing commercial relationships
- Address legal dimensions of deferred workforce integration
- Integrate workforce transfer law requirements across jurisdictions
- Review guidance materials for legal accuracy and applicability
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in employment law and workforce compliance
- Hands-on experience with worker classification analysis
- Working knowledge of statutory workforce transfer protections
- Track record of developing compliance frameworks and written guidance
- Experience advising organizations on compliance risks involving non-employee workers
