Job Description
Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Honeywell leading development and execution of marketing strategies. Driving customer engagement and brand visibility in the Process Automation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with product development and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer marketing or related field.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and inform marketing strategies.
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, LinkedIn navigator, Inside Sales, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7 or more years of experience in customer marketing or product marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Knowledge of the Process Automation industry and market dynamics.
