Job Description
Senior Customer Service Representative assisting complex customer needs at Solenis. Providing expert support, mentoring junior staff, and fostering customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated or complex customer issues with professionalism
- Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives
- Identify and support improvements in service processes
- Help monitor service quality and team performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Danish and English is a must
- 3-5 years of customer service experience, including senior or lead roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools and service platforms
- High school diploma required; additional education a plus
