Job Description

Senior Customer Service Representative assisting complex customer needs at Solenis. Providing expert support, mentoring junior staff, and fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated or complex customer issues with professionalism
  • Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives
  • Identify and support improvements in service processes
  • Help monitor service quality and team performance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Danish and English is a must
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, including senior or lead roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and service platforms
  • High school diploma required; additional education a plus
