Job Description
Senior Customer Success Manager at TeamSupport managing strategic customer relationships and driving retention and growth across high-value accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders
- Own renewals and drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain net retention above 103%
- Lead Customer Account Reviews (CARs) and executive presentations
- Act as a product expert and escalation partner
- Mentor junior CSMs and collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts
- Proven ownership of renewals; expansion experience strongly preferred
- Strong executive communication and strategic thinking skills
- Experience running sales cycles from opportunity to close is a plus
