Job Description
Senior Digital Associate responsible for digital organizing and narrative strategy at Worth Rises. Leading website design and social media engagement to amplify advocacy missions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design-forward execution of digital organizing and narrative efforts.
- Support the development and manage the execution of the organization’s digital program.
- Lead the design vision and execution of the organization’s website and all campaign microsites.
- Establish and maintain high-quality visual and design standards across all digital outputs.
- Manage social media efforts, creating and publishing compelling content daily.
- Manage the email program to convey the organization’s story and work to its supporters.
- Manage SEO and Google Ads to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- Sophisticated visual design and graphic communication skills.
- Robust CSS styling and web design skills.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and copyediting skills.
- Strong working knowledge of core digital tools and platforms, including Canva, Mailchimp, Quorum, Adobe Suite, Squarespace, and comparable software.
- Experience applying UX, accessibility, and inclusive design best practices.
- Experience in digital organizing, digital communications, or design-led advocacy work.
- Experience using digital metrics and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, social media insights, email analytics, A/B testing.
