Job Description
Senior Analyst supporting Oracle Student Financial Aid implementations at Huron, a global consultancy. Translating client meeting insights into technical documentation and actionable consulting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to drive strategic growth, innovation, and operational, digital, and cultural transformation
- Enhance analytical skills while working as part of a team to develop creative insights, implement processes, and drive tangible results
- Work independently and in group settings to build effective relationships and create solutions for clients
- Translate information from meetings into documentation for meeting participants and project teams
- Participate in Student Financial Aid process or implementation consulting engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors
- Exposure to Student Financial Aid process or implementation is a plus
- Technical aptitude is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to translate meeting information into documentation
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills when working with clients and co-workers
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
