Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist managing digital content production and optimization across multiple CMS platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for supporting the production, optimization, publishing, and maintenance of high-quality digital content across multiple CMS platforms
- builds and publishes responsive digital experiences using structured content, reusable templates, and component-based authoring practices
- utilizes working knowledge and expertise to ensure online content supports brand standards, web style guidelines, accessibility (WCAG), SEO/GEO/AIO best practices, analytics requirements, and legal/compliance standards
- supports personalization strategies and audience-targeted experiences using platforms such as Adobe Target and Amplitude
- executes and supports A/B testing and optimization initiatives using Amplitude Experimentation and related analytics tools
- collaborates cross-functionally with developers, UX/design, SEO/GEO/AIO, analytics, legal/compliance, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences
- performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- individual contributor working under direct supervision with limited autonomy
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Typically requires 2-4 years of related digital content authoring or CMS experience
