Job Description
Senior Director, Analyst – Procurement – Strategy at Gartner, delivering research and actionable insights for clients. Leading thought leadership and mentoring teams in the procurement domain.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged research content
- Develop new research and ideas and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client's needs
- Research, analyze and predict market trends
- Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions
- Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions
- Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research
- Mentor and coach junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
- Subject matter expertise in procurement strategy and management
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
