Job Description

Senior Director leading Experian’s insurance demand generation across channels, experimentation, and analytics. Managing growth strategy, marketing partners, forecasting, and a demand generation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-channel demand generation efforts for Experian Insurance
  • Guide experimentation and optimization initiatives
  • Partner with analytics and product teams to deliver measurable, scalable impact
  • Manage a team with direct reports
  • Report to the Vice President, Insurance Services
  • Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources
  • Design test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels
  • Build channel pilot plans, success criteria, and scale-or-kill recommendations
  • Create documentation, plans, and enablement materials for successful pilots
  • Manage a large marketing portfolio spanning multiple channels and partners
  • Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams
  • Set direction on budget allocation, pacing frameworks, and performance diagnostics
  • Standardize processes and operating rhythms across channels
  • Improve targeting, segmentation, lead scoring, routing, and bidding logic with analytics and decision science teams
  • Translate funnel and cohort insights into recommendations
  • Manage demand forecasting and scenario planning across channels
  • Establish experimentation frameworks across channels
  • Partner with Product to prioritize marketing UX testing and improve customer conversion
  • Embed pilot insights into ongoing execution
  • Combine cross-channel insights to prioritize growth investment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Experience launching and scaling new channels
  • Knowledge of the personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
  • Minor travel required
