Job Description
Senior Director of Engagement Management overseeing a team of Engagement Managers and Delivery Directors at Workday. Focusing on successful deployment of services for Higher Education and Nonprofit sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Hires, develops and retains a team of highly skilled Engagement Managers, Project Directors, and Delivery Directors.
- Lead the execution of the 'Future of Delivery' for Higher Education.
- Engages with our GSP team to help prioritize and ensure the completion of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience (10+ years) successfully growing and managing a $20+ million professional services organization.
- Experience (10+ years) managing and developing project managers in a matrix environment supporting multiple customers.
- Experience (10+ years) in delivering large enterprise projects.
